
Kohima: Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio today inspected the ongoing construction works at the Konyak Heritage Village, aimed at showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Konyak community.
During his visit, Mr. Rio expressed his hope that the village will become a hub for community unity, cultural pride, and a place where bonds can be strengthened. He also informed that all construction works will be completed within two months, with the inauguration expected to take place in the first week of April.
The Konyak Heritage Village is a significant project initiated by the Nagaland government to preserve and promote the state’s cultural heritage. With its completion, the village is expected to become a major tourist destination, attracting visitors from across the country and abroad.
